Harrison Foster
Stewart Blackwood is a composer, sound designer, and computer programmer. His work utilizes spatial & immersive audio, video game engines in unconventional ways, live coding, and interactivity. In his compositions, he blends digital synthesis, studio and field recording, and effect processing to evoke original tonalities and emotions. He often experiments with different modalities of composing, finding that the starting point is often the driving factor in composition. Throughout his work, he often creates custom software in Max/MSP, Pure Data, or the JUCE SDK. He has an MFA in Sound Design from UCSD.
Harrison (Harry) Foster is a multimedia artist who focuses on lighting design, special effects, and motion graphics. Through a developing practice of sustained observation, Harry is interested in the relationship of viewer to object or media. Currently a resident of Los Angeles he is pursuing creative ambitions in whatever form they come.
